A reflective warning sticker is pasted on the outer circumferential wall of the upper supporting plate, a plurality of vertical positioning holes are formed in the circumference of the upper supporting plate in a penetrating mode at equal angles, and a vertical pre-embedded cylinder is installed below the upper supporting plate. By manually rotating the adjusting screw rod, the transmission square rod can slide up and down along the square hole, so that the increase and decrease of the relative distance between the lower transmission block and the clamping rod can be indirectly controlled, the contact between the lower transmission block and the clamping rod can be released, and the contact between the lower transmission block and the clamping rod can be realized; and therefore, the clamping between the anti-skid rubber strip and the anti-falling cavity can be relieved, and the anti-skid rubber strip and the anti-falling cavity can be clamped.
