The sweeper with the optimized hydraulic control loop comprises a dustbin assembly, a sweeping brush assembly, a rolling brush assembly, a negative pressure generating device and a hydraulic control assembly, and the hydraulic control assembly comprises a one-way stable flow divider valve, two M-shaped three-position four-way reversing valves, a first M-shaped two-position four-way reversing valve, an oil pump assembly and an oil tank. The oil pump assembly is connected between the oil tank and an oil inlet of the one-way stable diverter valve, the output end B of the one-way stable diverter valve is connected with an oil inlet of the first M-type two-position four-way reversing valve, and the output end A of the first M-type two-position four-way reversing valve, the rolling brush rotating hydraulic motor, the blade rotating hydraulic motor and the oil tank are sequentially connected in series. The rolling brush assembly and the negative pressure generating device which can operate at the same time are arranged in the branch B of the one-way stable diverter valve, so that the influence of oil pressure change in the branch B on the rolling brush and the fan is only the influence on the rotating speed, the influence is small, negative pressure suction is started while the rolling brush is started, and efficient cleaning is achieved.
本发明提供一种优化液压控制回路的扫地机,包括垃圾箱组件、扫刷组件、滚刷组件、负压产生装置和液压控制组件,液压控制组件包括单路稳定分流阀、两个M型三位四通换向阀、第一M型二位四通换向阀、油泵总成和油箱,油泵总成连接在油箱和单路稳定分流阀的进油口之间,单路稳定分流阀的B输出端与第一M型二位四通换向阀的进油口将连接,第一M型二位四通换向阀的A输出端、滚刷旋转液压马达、叶片旋转液压马达和油箱依次串联连接。将可同时运行的滚刷组件和负压产生装置设置在单路稳定分流阀的B支路中,因此B支路当中的油压变化对滚刷和风机的影响只是转速上的影响,其影响不大,在启动滚刷同时开启负压抽吸,从而实现高效清洁。
