A rainwater injection prevention mechanism suitable for a subway station entrance comprises an inspection well arranged at the subway entrance, a supporting plate is fixedly installed in the middle of the inspection well, a cover plate flush with the ground is arranged above the supporting plate, a port of the inspection well is divided into a water drainage port and a lifting port through the cover plate, and the lifting port is located on the side close to the subway entrance. The drainage port is communicated with an external drainage official website through a drainage channel, and a grate is arranged above the drainage port; sliding rails are arranged on the walls on the two sides corresponding to the lifting opening respectively, a floating box capable of moving up and down along the sliding rails is installed on the sliding rails, a sealing assembly is installed between the floating box and the lifting opening in a matched mode, and limiting assemblies used for limiting the ascending limit position and the descending limit position of the floating box are further arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the floating box respectively. The inspection well is divided into the drainage port and the lifting port through the cement board, the buoyancy box located at the lifting port automatically seals the entrance of the subway station through buoyancy when heavy rain occurs, and rainwater is effectively prevented from being poured into the subway station.
