The invention discloses a reinforcement method in bored pile construction based on an overwater operation platform, which comprises the following steps: pile casing burying: pile casing burying is carried out along a reserved pile foundation position of the overwater operation platform, the pile casing is fixedly connected with the overwater operation platform, and the first section of pile casing extends to a position above the operation platform; the soil body on the periphery of the pile casing is subjected to grouting reinforcement, so that the soil body on the periphery of the pile casing is solidified, and an impervious layer is formed; and drilling and hole forming are conducted, specifically, drilling and hole forming operation in the pile casing are conducted along the overwater operation platform, sludge generated during drilling is separated and then mixed with pre-stored slurry, and the sludge flows back into the pile casing in the state of high-quality slurry. Through the steps of pile casing burying, pile casing reinforcing, slurry recycling and the like, underwater large-diameter deep and long pile foundation construction under the complex geological conditions such as a sludge stratum is achieved.
