The steel bar production method comprises the following steps: S1, converter smelting; s2, LF furnace refining; s3, small square billet continuous casting; s4, heating in a heating furnace; and S5, controlled-rolling and controlled-cooling rolling of the bar is conducted. According to the invention, by optimizing the proportion of all the components and combining a controlled rolling and controlled cooling process, the strength level of the prepared steel bar reaches the technical requirement of 635MPa level, the corrosion resistance is one time or more than one time that of an HRB400 common steel bar, and the requirements of important concrete engineering construction in China can be met.
本发明属于钢筋加工领域,尤其是一种混凝土结构用高强耐氯盐腐蚀钢筋及其生产方法。本发明钢筋生产方法包括如下步骤:S1、转炉冶炼;S2、LF炉精炼;S3、小方坯连铸;S4、加热炉加热;S5、棒材控轧控冷轧制。本发明通过各组分的优化配比并结合控轧控冷工艺,使得制备的钢筋强度级别达到635MPa级的技术要求,且耐蚀性能是HRB400普通钢筋的1倍及以上,可以满足我国重点混凝土工程建设的需要。
