The invention relates to a preparation and spraying method of a double-layer drainage asphalt pavement interlayer hydrophobic bonding layer material, and belongs to the technical field of road engineering pavement. The problems that an upper surface layer and a lower surface layer of an existing double-layer drainage asphalt pavement are weak in bonding, water seepage speed is low, and pavement drainage is not smooth are solved. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, modifying matrix asphalt to prepare high-viscosity SBS modified asphalt, adding a cationic emulsifier and a stabilizer into distilled water to prepare liquid soap, and then sequentially adding the liquid soap and the high-viscosity SBS modified asphalt into a colloid mill to prepare the high-viscosity SBS modified emulsified asphalt. After heat preservation, organic silicon rubber, polystyrene-butadiene copolymer latex and an interface agent are added for high-speed stirring to prepare hydrophobic high-viscosity SBS modified emulsified asphalt, the hydrophobic high-viscosity SBS modified emulsified asphalt is sprayed on the surface of the lower surface layer of the double-layer drainage pavement in two times, a hydrophobic interlayer bonding layer is prepared through complete demulsification, and finally the upper surface layer is paved. The prepared interlayer hydrophobic bonding layer for the double-layer drainage pavement can improve the interlayer bonding effect of the upper surface and the lower surface of the double-layer drainage pavement and improve the drainage performance of the pavement.
本发明是双层排水沥青路面层间疏水粘结层材料的制备及喷洒方法，属于道路工程铺面技术领域。解决目前双层排水沥青路面上下面层粘结薄弱、水分下渗流速慢、路面排水不畅的问题。本发明首先对基质沥青进行改性制得高黏SBS改性沥青，蒸馏水中加入阳离子乳化剂和稳定剂制备皂液，然后在胶体磨中先后加入皂液、高黏SBS改性沥青制得高黏SBS改性乳化沥青，保温后加入有机硅橡胶、聚苯乙烯丁二烯共聚物胶乳和界面剂进行高速搅拌制得疏水高黏SBS改性乳化沥青，分两次喷洒在双层排水路面下面层表面，完全破乳制得疏水层间粘结层，最后摊铺上面层。本发明制备的双层排水路面层间疏水粘结层可提高双层排水路面上下面层间粘结效果、提高路面排水性能。
