Device for clamping rubber steel plate waterstop
The device is composed of a left clamp, a right clamp, an oil cylinder, a rotating shaft, a push shaft and a clamp box, the clamp box is fixed to the back side of a panel of a groove, where the rubber steel plate waterstop is placed, of a connector box, and the left clamp and the right clamp are installed in the clamp box through the rotating shaft; long arms of the left clamp and the right clamp penetrate out of the open holes of the clamp box, chucks are arranged on the long arms of the left clamp and the right clamp respectively, and the chucks penetrate through a vertical plate of a groove for placing the rubber steel plate water-stop belt on the joint box and are used for clamping the rubber steel plate water-stop belt; a piston rod head lug plate of the oil cylinder is connected with short arms of the left clamp and the right clamp through a push shaft, and the oil cylinder is fixed on a fixed beam of the connector box through a lug seat by using a bolt. By the adoption of the clamping device, the rubber steel plate water-stop belt only needs to be placed in the groove of the connector box initially, and the clamping device clamps the rubber steel plate water-stop belt; and a clamping device in front of the jacking and pulling connector box loosens the rubber steel plate water-stop belt to prevent the rubber steel plate water-stop belt from being damaged and fractured due to pulling.
