The invention discloses a concrete hollow block and aerated concrete block masonry method, which comprises the following steps: (1) size measurement: firstly, measuring the positions of bricks needing to be piled according to a construction site, recording in a book, and then calculating the number of required blocks according to the measured data; and (2) cutting the building block: cutting the required building block according to the data obtained by measurement in the step (1). By adopting the masonry method designed by the invention, the hollow building blocks are adopted during masonry, the hollow rate is high, the open pores of the masonry surface well block a cold and hot bridge of the masonry surface during masonry, and meanwhile, the heat insulation plate is arranged in the middle of the structure formed by the building block bodies, so that the whole wall body has better heat insulation performance; and during building, a plurality of building block bodies are mutually overlapped and arranged to form a mortise and tenon joint structure, so that the out-of-plane shear resistance is improved, the raw materials of the building block are wide in source, and meanwhile, industrial and building wastes can be fully utilized.
本发明公开了一种混凝土空心砌块和加气混凝土块砌筑方法,包括如下步骤:(一)尺寸测量:首先根据施工现场对需要堆砌砖块的位置进行测量,记录在册,然后通过测量的数据计算需要的砌块数量;(二)砌块的切割:根据步骤一中测量获得数据对需要的砌块进行切割。通过采用本发明设计的砌筑方法,在砌筑的时候采用的是空心砌块,其空心率高,在进行砌筑时,砌筑面的开孔较好的阻断了砌筑面的冷热桥,同时由于由砌块本体构成的结构中间设置保温板,使得整个墙体具有较好的保温隔热性能,且在砌筑时,多个砌块本体互相叠加排布,形成榫卯构造,提高了平面外抗剪能力,以及砌块的原材料来源广泛,同时能充分利用工业和建筑废弃物。
