Reinforcing structure for reinforcing magnesium phosphate cement mortar column and using method thereof
The invention discloses a reinforcing structure for reinforcing a magnesium phosphate cement mortar column and a using method of the reinforcing structure. The reinforcing structure comprises a steel bar net rack and a steel wire mesh which are sequentially arranged on the outer side of the column body to be reinforced from inside to outside, and a magnesium phosphate cement mortar layer is poured outside the steel bar net rack and the steel wire mesh. Vertical longitudinal bars and spiral stirrups are arranged around the to-be-reinforced column body, and the vertical longitudinal bars and the spiral stirrups are connected through binding or welding to form a steel bar net rack; a steel wire mesh is continuously or layered wound on the periphery of the steel bar net rack, and the terminal is bound and anchored by steel wires; and a mold is arranged on the outer side of the steel wire mesh, magnesium phosphate cement mortar is manufactured, and the magnesium phosphate cement mortar is poured between the to-be-reinforced column body and the mold. The reinforcement ratio of the column body is increased through the steel bar net rack, so that the bearing capacity is improved; the durability and the crack resistance of the protective layer are effectively improved by utilizing the steel wire mesh; magnesium phosphate cement mortar is used as a binding agent and a protective finishing coat on the outer surface of the reinforced concrete column body, so that the durability, the bearing capacity and the crack resistance of the column body are improved.
本发明公开了一种增强磷酸镁水泥砂浆柱体加固结构及其使用方法。所述加固结构包括在待加固柱体外侧由内向外依次设置的钢筋网架和钢丝网,钢筋网架和钢丝网外浇筑有磷酸镁水泥砂浆层。围绕待加固柱体布置竖向纵筋、螺旋箍筋,通过绑扎或焊接将竖向纵筋和螺旋箍筋连接,形成钢筋网架;在钢筋网架外围通过连续或分层缠绕钢丝网,终端用钢丝绑扎锚固;在钢丝网外侧设置模具,制作磷酸镁水泥砂浆,将其浇筑在待加固柱体与模具之间。本发明利用钢筋网架提高了柱体的配筋率从而提高承载力;利用钢丝网有效的提高保护层的耐久性和抗裂性能;利用磷酸镁水泥砂浆作为粘结剂和钢筋混凝土柱体的外表面的保护罩面层,提高耐久性、承载力以及柱体的抗裂性能。
