The invention relates to the technical field of highway construction, and discloses a construction method of a highway pavement structure, which comprises the following steps: S1, prefabricating an anti-seepage base layer; s2, laying an anti-seepage base layer; s3, laying a macadam base layer; s4, pre-embedding a reinforcing net plate; s5, laying a cushion layer; s6, laying a surface layer; and S7, flattening the surface layer. The seepage-proofing effect can be effectively achieved through the arrangement of the seepage-proofing base layer, seepage of a water source is avoided, meanwhile, the reinforcing net plate is arranged above the macadam base layer, and reinforcing rods are arranged on the lower surface of the reinforcing net plate, so that the macadam base layer and the reinforcing net plate have good stability; the fine-grain asphalt concrete layer is arranged between the middle-grain asphalt concrete layer and the fine-grain asphalt concrete layer, so that the influence of pavement settlement on pavement driving is avoided, and the buffer layer is arranged between the fine-grain asphalt concrete layer and the middle-grain asphalt concrete layer, so that the pavement has good buffer performance, pavement collapse caused by heavy pressure is avoided, and the comfort of drivers can be improved.
