The invention discloses a riverway water body pollution remediation device which comprises a water tank body, fixing plates are fixedly connected to the two sides of the top of the water tank body, mounting plates are arranged at the tops of the fixing plates, the upper portion of the water tank body is evenly divided into a plurality of water tanks through partition plates, and a circulating groove is formed in the lower portion of the water tank body; a circulation opening is formed in the portion, located in the middle of each group of water tanks, of the inner cavity of the interlayer, a spring is arranged on an upper opening of the water outlet, a vertical rod is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the spring, a conical block is arranged on the upper portion of the vertical rod, shaft rods are arranged on the opposite faces of the fixing plates, and the outer rings of the shaft rods are sleeved with water stirring mechanisms. Through the arrangement of the shifting pieces with different angles, time difference exists in extrusion of each group of springs, so that the adjacent shifting pieces drive the next wave of water to enter, floating objects can be cut off, and meanwhile, floating object fragments which are cut off by extrusion in the previous time and attached to the springs and the water outlet can be flushed, so that blockage is avoided.
