The method comprises the steps that construction materials are prepared; fixing the framework; stirring a proper amount of materials until the materials are uniformly mixed to form slurry, pouring the slurry into the construction area in a continuous pouring manner, and flattening until a set thickness is met; forming terrazzo after the slurry is solidified, brushing a water-based stone protective agent on the terrazzo, and covering a thin film for primary maintenance; a dust collection type grinding machine is matched with a rough grinding resin grinding sheet to roughly grind the terrazzo meeting the grinding requirement till a gravel flat cross section and a framework cross section are ground out, and rough grinding of the terrazzo is completed; brushing a water-based protective agent on the surface of the roughly ground terrazzo, and covering a thin film for secondary maintenance; a dust collection type grinding machine is matched with a medium grinding resin grinding disc to conduct medium grinding on the terrazzo subjected to secondary maintenance till the surface of the terrazzo meets the requirement; and a dust collection type grinding machine is matched with a fine grinding resin grinding disc to finely grind the terrazzo subjected to medium grinding until the surface of the terrazzo meets the requirement.
