Construction waste discharging device for floors
The construction waste discharging device comprises a dust removal assembly, a vertical discharging pipe, a plurality of bent discharging pipes and a collecting assembly, the vertical discharging pipe is installed on the topmost layer, the bent discharging pipes are sequentially connected end to end, the bending directions of every two adjacent bent discharging pipes are opposite, and the collecting assembly is installed on the collecting assembly. The vertical discharge pipe and the bent discharge pipes are mounted at preset positions of a building from top to bottom so as to discharge construction waste in each floor of the building, the dust removal assembly is mounted at the top end of the vertical discharge pipe, the vertical discharge pipe is wrapped by a first sound insulation layer, the bent discharge pipes are wrapped by second sound insulation layers, and the first sound insulation layer is mounted at the top end of the first sound insulation layer. The inlet of the collecting assembly is located under the lowest layer of bent discharging pipe, due to the fact that each layer of discharging channel is a whole, the installation efficiency is improved, construction waste is buffered by the bent discharging pipes and falls into the collecting assembly, the outer side of each layer of discharging channel is provided with a sound insulation layer, the discharged noise is low, and dust flying is restrained through the dust removing assembly.
本发明公开一种楼层用建筑垃圾排放装置,包括除尘组件、竖直式排放管、多个弯曲排放管和收集组件,竖直式排放管安装在最顶层,多个弯曲排放管依次首尾连接,相邻的两个弯曲排放管的弯曲方向相反,竖直式排放管和多个弯曲排放管从上而下安装在楼的预设位置以便将每层楼内的建筑垃圾排放,除尘组件安装在竖直式排放管顶端,竖直式排放管的外侧包裹第一隔音层,弯曲排放管的外侧包裹第二隔音层,收集组件的进入口位于最低层弯曲排放管的正下方,由于每层的排放通道为一整体,提高了安装效率,建筑垃圾经过弯曲排放管缓冲掉落至收集组件内,每层排放通道的外侧均设置隔音层使排放的噪音较小,用除尘组件抑制粉尘飞扬。
