Hollow interlayer light high-strength composite material pole tower and connecting method thereof
The invention provides a hollow interlayer light high-strength composite material tower and a connecting method thereof.The tower comprises a top main rod, an upper section main rod, a lower section main rod and a root main rod which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, the upper section main rod, the lower section main rod and the root main rod each comprise an outer steel pipe, and coaxial inner steel pipes are arranged in the outer steel pipes; a composite material layer is filled between the inner steel pipe and the outer steel pipe, inner stiffening plates are evenly distributed on the outer wall of the inner steel pipe in the circumferential direction, outer stiffening plates are evenly distributed on the inner wall of the outer steel pipe in the circumferential direction, the inner stiffening plates and the outer stiffening plates are alternately arranged, and the upper end of the outer steel pipe is flush with the upper end of the inner steel pipe and connected with the upper flange assembly. The upper flange assembly is provided with a grouting hole and an exhaust hole which are communicated with the hollow interlayer, and the lower end of the outer steel pipe is flush with the lower end of the inner steel pipe and connected with the lower flange assembly. The strength of the pole tower is improved, and the bearing load of the pole tower is improved; through the arrangement of the penetrating stiffening plates, stress damage to the connecting positions of the flange plates and the inner and outer steel pipes is avoided.
本发明提出了一种中空夹层轻质高强复合材料杆塔及其连接方法,杆塔包括从上到下依次相连的顶部主杆、上段主杆、下段主杆和根部主杆,上段主杆、下段主杆和根部主杆均包括外钢管,外钢管内设置有同轴线的内钢管,内钢管和外钢管之间填充有复合材料层,内钢管的外壁上沿周向均布有内加劲板,外钢管的内壁上沿周向均布有外加劲板,内加劲板和外加劲板交替设置,外钢管和内钢管的上端齐平,且与上法兰组件相连,上法兰组件上设置有与中空夹层相通的注浆孔和排气孔,外钢管和内钢管的下端齐平,且与下法兰组件相连。本发明增加了杆塔的强度,提高杆塔的承载负荷;通过贯穿加劲板的设置,避免法兰盘与内外钢管连接处的受力损伤。
