The aluminum alloy door and window with the high sealing performance comprises a mounting frame, a first window sash, a second window sash, a sealing mechanism and a drainage mechanism, the first window sash and the second window sash are alternately arranged in the mounting frame in a front-back mode, and the sealing mechanism comprises a first sealing assembly and a second sealing assembly; the first sealing assembly comprises sealing clamping grooves, sealing clamping plates, elastic clamping strips, sealing wrapping layers and springs, the sealing clamping grooves are formed in the two ends of the first window sash and the two ends of the second window sash, the elastic clamping strips are arranged on the two sides of the inner walls of the sealing clamping grooves, the springs are arranged between the elastic clamping strips and the inner walls of the sealing clamping grooves, and the sealing wrapping layers are arranged on the sealing clamping grooves. The elastic clamping strip is connected with the sealing clamping groove through the spring, and the sealing wrapping layer wraps the elastic clamping strip. Therefore, the sealing performance of connection of the sash window and the window frame can be effectively improved, active drainage of large rainfall is achieved, and therefore rainwater is prevented from permeating into a room.
