Wherein the synchronous lifting mechanism comprises a first mounting frame and a second mounting frame which are fixed on the frame, the first driving piece is arranged on the first mounting frame and is in driving connection with the synchronous traction mechanism, and the synchronous traction mechanism is connected with the side brush device and the rolling brush device. The first driving part can drive the synchronous traction mechanism to drive the side brush device and the rolling brush device which are arranged on the frame to synchronously ascend or descend, and the transmission direction of the first driving part can be changed through the synchronous traction mechanism, so that the side brush device and the rolling brush device can simultaneously ascend or descend. The side brush device and the rolling brush device share the first driving piece to achieve the ascending or descending function. A plurality of first nozzles of the waterway device are all arranged at the second end of a first nozzle bracket, and the plurality of first nozzles uniformly spray water on the outer side of the side brush device in the circumferential direction, so that the dust removal effect is effectively improved, and the probability of breakage of a first water pipe is reduced by a movable part.
