The invention discloses a pile head steel bar protection measure, which comprises a pile head and a steel bar arranged on the pile head, and is characterized by comprising the following protection steps: (1) breaking the pile head, and cleaning redundant concrete blocks on the surface of the pile head; (2) first-class cement paste is mixed, building glue is mixed in the first-class cement paste, and the first-class cement paste is evenly brushed on the surfaces of the steel bars; (3) sleeving the reinforcing steel bar obtained in the step (2) with a sleeve, wherein a pouring groove is formed between the inner peripheral wall of the sleeve and the first-class cement paste layer on the surface of the reinforcing steel bar; (4) second-class cement paste is mixed, construction glue is not mixed in the second-class cement paste, and the second-class cement paste is poured into the pouring groove of the casing pipe obtained in the step (3); and (5) the part obtained in the step (4) is placed and cooled. The problem that in the prior art, a protection process for protecting the pile head steel bars is lacked is solved.
