The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an outer wall decoration heat-insulation waterproof integrated plate. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that firstly, a shell is manufactured; secondly, a decorative layer is arranged on the top surface of the shell; thirdly, preparing flame-retardant heat-preservation composite slurry; and 4, pouring the flame-retardant heat-insulating composite slurry into the shell, standing and curing to obtain a heat-insulating layer, and carrying out wet maintenance at 15-35 DEG C for at least 72 hours. The fireproof flame-retardant composite slurry and the shell form a whole in the curing process, and compared with an adhesive plate, the manufactured outer wall decoration, heat insulation and waterproof integrated plate is good in integrity, high in anti-interference capacity, high in reliability and long in service life.
