The invention discloses a plugging device for a reserved hole of cantilever I-shaped steel and a construction method.The plugging device comprises an outer side formwork, an inner side formwork, an iron wire and a baffle, the outer side formwork and the inner side formwork are both used for plugging the reserved hole, a reserved through hole is formed in the inner side formwork, and an arc-shaped pouring opening is formed in the top of the inner side formwork; a material guide groove is formed in the arc-shaped pouring opening, and a fixed separation blade is further arranged on the material guide groove at the joint of the material guide groove and the arc-shaped pouring opening; the rear end of the iron wire is fixed to the outer side formwork, and the front end of the iron wire penetrates through a reserved through hole in the inner side formwork and is fixedly connected with the inner side formwork through a nut. The baffle is detachably clamped between the fixed blocking piece on the material guide groove and the inner side face of the wall body and used for blocking the arc-shaped pouring opening in the inner side formwork. The plugging device is used for plugging the reserved hole, has the advantage that an outer wall support is not needed to be erected, is simple in overall structure and convenient to install, part of the structure can be recycled, the construction cost is saved, and the plugging device is high in practicability and suitable for application and popularization.
