The invention discloses a method for magnetic separation and enrichment of lepidolite by using lithium ore pressing tail mud, which comprises the following steps: S1, lithium ore flotation: the content of iron lepidolite associated ore in the lithium ore exceeds 20%; s2, lithium iron tail mud is collected, the remaining part of the lithium ore obtained after flotation in the step S1 is lithium iron tail mud, and the lithium iron tail mud is collected; step S3, pulping; s4, superconducting magnetic separation; s5, filter pressing: carrying out filter pressing treatment on the slurry subjected to magnetic separation in the step S4; the dispersing agent and water obtained after filter pressing are used as the dispersing agent and water in the step S3 so as to be recycled; wherein a ceramic raw material is also obtained after filter pressing in the step S5. According to the process method, the ceramic raw material in the lithium ore pressing tail mud can be extracted, waste utilization is achieved, and huge economic benefits are generated.
