The invention provides a wind power tower drum foundation deviation rectifying and reinforcing method which comprises the following steps: measuring the horizontal height difference of a tower drum and a flange ring before construction, and performing deviation rectifying adjustment if the standard requirement is not met; secondly, according to a design drawing and mechanical hole forming, firstly, an endoscope is used for conducting compactness detection under the foundation ring, glue injection reinforcement is conducted, after glue injection reinforcement is completed, concrete is constructed when slurry and glue meet the design requirements, and finally waterproof construction is recovered; complete reference data are formed through multiple detection, the condition of the tower drum foundation is determined so as to carry out accurate deviation rectification and reinforcement, the deviation rectification process causes little damage to the original tower drum foundation, an original foundation reinforcing mesh is not touched, accurate and good deviation rectification and reinforcement are achieved, meanwhile, good interface waterproof protection is set for the reinforced tower drum foundation, and the subsequent maintenance cost is reduced.
本发明提供一种风电塔筒基础纠偏及加固方法,在施工前对塔筒及法兰环水平高差进行测量,如不满足规范要求,进行纠偏调整;然后根据设计图纸,机械成孔,先使用内窥镜进行基础环下的密实度探测,进行注胶加固,注胶加固完成后,待浆体与胶体达到设计要求,施工混凝土,最后恢复防水施工;通过多重检测形成完整的参考数据,确定塔筒基础状况以进行准确的纠偏及加固,纠偏过程对原塔筒基础损伤较小,不触及原基础钢筋网,实现准确良好的纠偏加固,同时为加固后的塔筒基础设置良好的界面防水保护,减少后续维护成本。
