The invention discloses a connecting unit of an assembly type building, which comprises a first component provided with a plurality of first mounting holes and a second component provided with a plurality of second mounting holes, a bolt assembly comprises a screw rod and a nut connected with the screw rod through an internal thread, the screw rod comprises a head part, a thread part and a pin tail part which are arranged in sequence, a cut-off groove is formed between the thread part and the pin tail part; the nut is in threaded connection with the threaded part of the screw rod, a sleeve is movably arranged on the screw rod in a sleeving mode, a plurality of protruding strips capable of being embedded into wire grooves of the sleeve are arranged on the outer surface of the head of the screw rod, and a plurality of tooth bodies distributed in the circumferential direction are continuously arranged on the first contact face and the second contact face respectively. Therefore, a tooth groove is formed between every two adjacent tooth bodies, and the tooth bodies are embedded into the corresponding tooth grooves respectively. The construction efficiency is greatly improved, the assembled structure is high in stability, slipping and following rotation can be avoided, and loosening and falling cannot occur after long-term use.
