V-shaped groove sliding formwork system and formwork erecting and pouring method
The invention discloses a V-shaped groove sliding formwork system and a formwork erecting and pouring method. The formwork system comprises a connecting framework, a sliding formwork and a formwork erecting and pouring device. The steel formwork is in a V shape and used for stretching into the V-shaped groove, and a pouring space is formed below the steel formwork. The moving wheels are used for supporting the formwork system and enabling the formwork system to move along the foundations on the two sides of the V-shaped ditch; the anchoring piles are installed on the two sides of the connecting framework and used for being driven into foundations on the two sides of the V-shaped ditch to achieve fixation of the formwork system; and the jacking pieces are installed on the two sides of the bottom end of the connecting framework and used for jacking the formwork system to achieve demolding. The formwork system integrates the functions of anchoring, jacking demolding, moving, oil way and circuit control and the like, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction difficulty is reduced; in addition, the formwork system adopts the connecting framework as a connecting and stress part and is matched with anchoring and fixing, stable supporting strength can be provided for the formwork, the phenomena of deviation, deformation and the like of the formwork during pouring are avoided, and therefore the construction quality is guaranteed.
