A fast-assembly adjustable power transmission tower reinforcing device comprises a gusset plate, an adjustable telescopic arm and a lock. The four adjustable telescopic arms are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the gusset plate, one ends of the adjustable telescopic arms are hinged to the gusset plate through hinges, and the other ends of the adjustable telescopic arms are fixedly connected with the lock. The lockset is fixedly connected with the tower frame of the power transmission tower; the gusset plate is of a square structure and is made of a steel plate, and a handle is fixedly welded to the middle of a plate body of the gusset plate.
