The rail-changeable hoisting platform for steel structure construction comprises a first rail, a second rail, a third rail and a fourth rail which are arranged in parallel and in sequence, and one ends of the first rail, the second rail, the third rail and the fourth rail are connected through a fixing plate; the other end of the first track, the other end of the second track, the other end of the third track and the other end of the fourth track are connected through a transition track, a track transfer mechanism is arranged at the intersection of the second track and the transition track, and a track transfer mechanism is also arranged at the intersection of the third track and the transition track. Wherein one self-propelled trolley can move in the fourth track, the other two self-propelled trolleys can freely move in the first track, the second track, the third track and the transition track, and the self-propelled trolleys are used for hanging the lifting basket assembly.
