Lightweight squirrel-cage steel tube supporting structure
The light-weight squirrel-cage type steel pipe supporting structure comprises an end plate, a plurality of first through holes and a plurality of second through holes are formed in the end plate, and the first through holes are formed in the peripheral direction of the outer periphery of the end plate at intervals; the reinforcing plate is provided with a plurality of first through holes and is arranged between the two end plates at intervals; each steel pipe penetrates through the first through hole of one end plate, the first through hole of the reinforcing plate and the first through hole of the other end plate, and is connected with the two end plates and the reinforcing plate; and the connecting piece is connected between the end plate and the steel pipe. Compared with a traditional large-diameter thick-wall supporting steel pipe, the weight can be greatly reduced by 1/3 under the condition that the supporting strength is the same, and steel is saved.
提供了一种轻量化鼠笼式钢管支撑结构,包括:端板,设置有多个第一通孔和多个第二通孔,所述多个第一通孔沿着端板的外周周向间隔布置;加固板,设置有多个所述第一通孔且间隔布置于两个所述端板之间;多根钢管,每根钢管穿设于一个所述端板的第一通孔、加固板的第一通孔以及另一个所述端板的第一通孔,且与两个所述端板和加固板连接;以及连接件,连接于所述端板与所述钢管之间。相较于传统的大直径厚壁支撑钢管,在支撑强度相同的条件下可以大大减轻重量至1/3,节约钢材。
