The invention discloses a backfilling method of foam concrete for a fat groove of a narrow deep foundation pit, which comprises the following steps: after waterproof construction of a retaining wall is completed, cleaning the fat groove between the retaining wall and the side wall of the foundation pit; preparing foam concrete; foam concrete is poured into the fertilizer groove; the pouring pipe is moved to ensure stable pouring; pouring is completed, and a planting soil position is reserved above the pouring height; the foam concrete is cured; settlement observation points are arranged at the upper opening of the fertilizer groove, and settlement monitoring is conducted on backfill. The method has the beneficial effects that the non-uniform compactness of a traditional process is treated; planning requirements can be met without a secondary settling period, and the construction period is shortened; the integrity of the foam concrete does not cause water and soil loss; large-scale mechanical equipment is not needed to participate in production, and noise pollution and environmental pollution are avoided; the foam concrete is high in production speed, small in occupied production place and simple and convenient to pump and construct, all areas are filled with the foam concrete in a self-flowing mode, no dead angle is left, vibration is not needed, and the cost is reduced.
