Lightweight high-energy-consumption rockfall protection geotextile bag buffer cushion layer and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a light high-energy-consumption rockfall protection soilbag buffer cushion layer and a construction method thereof. The buffer cushion layer comprises soilbags and an EPS bead-plain fill mixture filled in the soilbags. Compared with the prior art, the novel EPS bead-plain filling soil geotextile composite material is used as the buffer layer filler and is filled in the geotextile bags, the protective cushion layer is formed by piling up according to a certain structural form, and the cushion layer structure has the characteristics of light weight, high damping, remarkable energy consumption effect, convenience in construction, low cost, convenience in maintenance, environment friendliness and the like. According to the cushion layer, the impact force of falling rocks is greatly reduced through deformation of the flexible structure, the transfer of the impact force is blocked between the independent geotechnical bags, and a good stress diffusion effect is achieved. The cushion layer structure not only can be applied to horizontally laid cushion layers such as sheds and caverns, but also can be applied to vertically laid cushion layers such as stone blocking walls and piers, and has wide application space.
本发明涉及一种轻质高耗能落石防护土工袋缓冲垫层及其施工方法,缓冲垫层包括土工袋和装填在土工袋内的EPS珠‑素填土混合物。与现有技术相比,本发明利用EPS珠‑素填土新型土工复合材料作为缓冲层填料,装填在土工袋中,按照一定的结构形式堆砌形成防护垫层,该垫层结构具有轻质、高阻尼、耗能效果显著,便于施工、成本低、维护方便、环境友好等特点。该垫层通过柔性结构变形大大减小落石冲击力,独立土工袋之间阻断隔断冲击力的传递,有较好的应力扩散效果。该垫层结构不仅可以应用于棚硐等水平铺设的垫层,而且可以应用于拦石墙、桥墩等竖直向铺设的垫层,有广泛的应用空间。
