Monitoring method for deformation of foundation pit support
The invention discloses a method for monitoring deformation of a foundation pit support, which comprises the following steps of: pre-embedding a plastic pipe in a coping beam reinforcement cage, pouring a coping beam, and forming an observation hole in the coping beam, wherein the length of the plastic pipe is not less than the thickness of the coping beam; inserting a steel bar anchored into the cement-soil enclosure body into the center of the observation hole, wherein the top surface of the steel bar is 3-5cm lower than the top surface of the observation hole; setting the center of the top surface of the steel bar as a point C, popping line segments parallel to the side line of the foundation pit from two sides of the observation hole through the point C, and setting positions on the line segments 100mm away from the hole edge as a point A and a point B; the vertical distance between the point C and the AB connecting line represents the deformation condition of the cement soil enclosure body, and corresponding early warning is given out according to the distance during daily inspection. The method overcomes the defect of daily monitoring of a traditional construction site foundation pit support, can synchronously observe the deformation condition of the foundation pit support body and the upper reinforced concrete structure, timely feeds back and guides the construction site to take protective measures, ensures the safety of the foundation pit, and avoids foundation pit collapse accidents.
本发明公开了一种用于基坑围护变形的监测方法采,本方法在压顶梁钢筋笼中预先埋设塑料管,塑料管长度不小于压顶梁厚度,然后再浇注压顶梁,在压顶梁上形成一个观测孔;在观测孔中心插入一根锚入水泥土围护体的钢筋,钢筋顶面低于观测孔顶面3~5cm;钢筋顶面中心设为C点,观测孔两侧过C点弹出平行于基坑边线的线段,线段上距离孔边100mm位置设为A点和B点;C点距离AB连线的垂直距离表征水泥土围护体的变形情况,日常巡查时根据该距离给出相应的预警。本方法克服传统施工现场基坑围护日常监测的缺陷,能够同步观察基坑围护体与上部钢筋混凝土结构变形的情况,及时反馈指导施工现场采取防护措施,确保基坑安全,杜绝基坑坍塌事故。
