The invention relates to the technical field of hydraulic engineering desilting equipment, in particular to a hydraulic engineering desilting device which comprises a ship body, a silt collecting box is placed in a cabin of the ship body, a filtering part is arranged above the silt collecting box, the upper end of the filtering part is connected with a desilting device, a silt stirring part is arranged at the bow of the ship body, and a silt discharging pump is arranged in the silt collecting box. A pipe body at the tail end of the silt discharging pump penetrates out of the silt collecting box, and a silt depth detection rod is arranged in the silt collecting box. According to the water conservancy desilting device, river bottom silt is crushed through the silt stirring part, then the silt is conveyed into the filtering part through the desilting device to be filtered, the silt in the filtering part falls into the silt collecting box, and when the silt overflows, the silt is discharged through the silt discharging pump, river channel desilting is achieved, and the water conservancy desilting device effectively achieves cleaning of the river bottom silt; and meanwhile, non-degradable impurities in the sludge conveying device are filtered and separated in the conveying process, so that later sludge treatment is facilitated, and the working efficiency is effectively improved.
