The invention belongs to the technical field of constructional engineering, and relates to a multi-layer assembly type steel frame-cold-formed thin-walled steel composite structure house building system which comprises a plurality of module floors, and each module floor comprises a steel frame, a composite wall body and a composite floor system. The composite wall bodies are embedded in the steel frames, the composite floor systems are arranged on the tops of the steel frames, and the composite floor systems are cold-formed thin-walled steel composite floor systems. The steel frame is made of hot-rolled section steel, the composite wall body comprises a wall body framework and wall panels arranged on the two sides of the wall body framework, and ceramsite concrete filling materials are poured in a closed area formed by the wall body framework and the wall panels. The wall body framework is made of cold-formed thin-walled section steel; the composite floor system comprises a plurality of floor beams, profiled steel sheets are connected to the upper portions of the floor beams, and ceramsite concrete filling materials are poured to the upper portions of the profiled steel sheets to form a surface layer. The requirements of the multi-layer structure for resisting lateral rigidity and lateral bearing capacity can be met, and structural members have high space overall synergy.
