The invention discloses a combined toothed plate, disc spring and mild steel self-resetting energy dissipation damper which comprises two tooth-shaped mild steel webs, connecting plates are fixedly mounted on the outer sides of the tooth-shaped mild steel webs, stiffening ribs are fixedly mounted on the inner sides of the connecting plates and the tooth-shaped mild steel webs, tooth-shaped cover plates are placed on the upper tooth-shaped surface and the lower tooth-shaped surface of the tooth-shaped mild steel webs, and the tooth-shaped cover plates are arranged on the inner sides of the tooth-shaped mild steel webs. A disc spring is placed on the smooth face of the tooth-shaped cover plate, and the disc spring and the tooth-shaped cover plate are connected with an inner cavity of the tooth-shaped soft steel web. The advantages that the disc springs are large in rigidity and high in buffering and vibration absorbing capacity are fully utilized, when larger earthquake loads are borne, energy is further dissipated through deformation of the tooth-shaped soft steel webs, additional devices do not need to be added, the device is simple in force transmission path, the combination mode and number of the disc springs can be changed according to the actual stress characteristics, the rigidity of the disc springs can be improved, and the service life of the device is prolonged.
