Optimized structural design of high-rigidity long-span cross beam
The optimized structural design comprises a beam body, rib plates, side holes and trapezoidal bosses, the rib plates are fixed to the inner walls of the two sides of the beam body, the side holes are formed in one sides of the rib plates in a penetrating mode, the trapezoidal bosses are fixed to the two sides of the top end of the beam body, and grooves are formed in the outer walls of the top ends of the trapezoidal bosses; a plurality of first round holes are formed in one side of the beam body in a penetrating mode, and a plurality of second round holes are formed in the positions, located on the two sides of the first round holes, of the beam body; a guide rail is arranged on the other side of the beam body; the side hole is a circular through hole; round through holes are adopted as the side holes, so that the beam body has good ductility, meanwhile, the lightness of the beam body is improved, the rib plates are formed by arranging the equilateral triangles in a crossed mode, compared with the conventional common design shaped like the Chinese character'mi ', transverse ribs which do not reinforce the strength are removed, the distance between the rib plates can be greatly shortened while the weight is kept, and the strength of the beam body is improved. The beam body strength is improved.
本发明公开了一种高刚性长跨距横梁的优化结构设计,包括梁体、筋板、侧孔和梯形凸台,梁体的两侧内壁上固定有筋板,筋板的一侧上贯通开设有侧孔,梁体的顶端两侧上均固定有梯形凸台,梯形凸台的顶端外壁上开设有凹槽;梁体的一侧上贯通开设有多个第一圆孔,梁体位于第一圆孔两侧均开设有多个第二圆孔;梁体的另一侧上设置有导轨;侧孔是一种圆形通孔;本发明设置的侧孔采用圆形通孔,使梁体具有良好的延展性,同时也增加了梁体的轻度,设置的筋板由等边三角形交叉排列构成,与此前常见的米字形设计相比,去除了对强度并无加强的横向筋,在保持重量的同时能够较大的缩短筋板间距,增加梁体强度。
