A construction method for preventing grout leakage of a non-dismantling formwork for a floor and a beam side wood formwork abutted seam is characterized by comprising the following steps that a, a double-faced adhesive tape sponge strip is arranged, the sponge strip is arranged between the top end of the beam side formwork and the non-dismantling formwork in the length direction of a beam in a full-length mode, the thickness of the sponge strip is 2 mm, and the width of the sponge strip is the same as the thickness of the beam side formwork; and b, a plurality of self-tapping screws are provided, the self-tapping screws are drilled into the non-dismantling formwork and the beam side formwork from top to bottom in the vertical direction to be pressed and fixed, and one self-tapping screw is arranged every 200 mm in the length direction of the beam till the non-dismantling formwork and the beam side formwork can be effectively connected. The construction method has the advantages that the splicing seam connection structure of the floor non-dismantling formwork and the beam side wood formwork is simple, manufacturing is convenient, the sealing performance of splicing seam connection of the floor non-dismantling formwork and the beam side wood formwork is improved, protection of finished products is enhanced, and the quality of the finished products is improved. The damage rate of the floor non-dismantling formwork is reduced; and the engineering cost is reduced.
一种楼板用免拆模板与梁侧木模板拼缝防漏浆的施工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:a、设置双面胶海绵条,在梁侧模板顶端与免拆模板之间沿梁长度方向通长设置海绵条,海绵条厚度2mm,宽度与梁侧模板厚度相同;b、提供若干自攻螺钉,自攻螺钉,沿垂直方向自上而下钻入免拆模板和梁侧模板进行压紧固定,沿梁长度方向每200mm设置一个自攻螺钉,以能有效连接免拆模板和梁侧模板为准。本发明的楼板用免拆模板与梁侧木模板拼缝防漏浆的施工方法具有楼板免拆模板与梁侧木模板拼缝连接结构简单、制作方便,提高楼板免拆模板与梁侧木模板拼缝连接的密封性,加强成品保护,降低楼板免拆模板损坏率和降低工程成本的优点。
