The invention discloses an anti-corrosion and reinforcing coating applied to reinforcing steel bars in concrete, which comprises a polymer emulsion and a powder material in a weight ratio of 1: 2.0, the macromolecular emulsion is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: rust conversion emulsion, waterborne epoxy resin, polytrifluorochloroethylene resin, polysiloxane, organic silicon resin, vinyl versatate, a flatting agent, a catalyst, a defoaming agent and a dispersing agent, and the powder is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: ceramic micro powder, spherical graphite powder, glass flakes, mica flakes and pigment. Compared with the prior art, the interface coating has the advantages that the interface coating for repairing can improve the corrosion resistance and rust resistance of reinforcing steel bars, improve the binding force between the reinforcing steel bars and repairing cement mortar and improve the bond-wrapping effect of the cement mortar on the reinforcing steel bars, and can also be applied to tunnels and directly coat steel members in a humid environment; therefore, the device can be popularized and applied in reinforcement and maintenance engineering.
