The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to an anti-leakage cast-in-place concrete air conditioner plate structure which comprises an air conditioner plate for containing an air conditioner outdoor unit, a ridge platform is fixedly arranged on the side, close to a wall, of the air conditioner plate, the upper end of the ridge platform is attached to the lower end of a masonry, and an arc-shaped corner is arranged at the included angle of the air conditioner plate and the ridge platform. A first waterproof layer and a second waterproof layer are sequentially arranged in the included angle area of the air conditioner plate, the ridge platform and the arc-shaped corner from bottom to top, the second waterproof layer is arranged on the outer side of the first waterproof layer, and a plaster layer is arranged on the surface of the second waterproof layer. A series of quality problems, potential safety hazards and potential leakage hazards caused by leakage of the air conditioner plate are avoided.
