The invention discloses a unit plate which comprises an outer frame assembly and a panel connected to the outer frame assembly, and the outer frame assembly comprises an auxiliary frame component, a vertical frame component and a cross beam connected to the auxiliary frame component and the vertical frame component; wherein the auxiliary frame part is provided with a first locking device; the vertical frame component comprises an auxiliary frame component receiving part matched with the auxiliary frame component, and the auxiliary frame component receiving part is provided with a second locking device forming a locking structure with the first locking device. The invention further discloses the corresponding unit curtain wall.
