The invention relates to a concrete batter post formwork structure and a construction method thereof. The problems that in an existing batter post structure and an existing construction method, loads are not high, and construction is inconvenient are solved. Comprising a scaffold, a tie rod, an inner side frame, a steel hoop and an outer formwork. Wherein the inner side frame is of a traditional vertical positioning stand column and vertical wall body structure, and the positioning stand column is arranged close to a vertical wall body; the scaffold is arranged on the periphery of the outer supporting formwork, and one side of the scaffold is further arranged close to the vertical wall body. The outer formwork is directly connected with the scaffold; the outer formwork is further connected with a wall through a first tie rod. The steel hoop is arranged on the inner side of the outer supporting formwork and connected with the positioning stand column through the second tie rod. The outer supporting formwork is arranged on the periphery of the steel hoop, and the outer supporting formwork and the steel hoop are connected with the inner side frame through the first pulling rod and the second pulling rod correspondingly, so that the transverse load capacity of the steel hoop is ensured.
本发明为一种混泥土斜柱支模结构及其施工方法,为了解决现有的斜柱结构和施工方法中存在的负荷不强以及施工不便的问题;包括脚手架、拉结杆、内侧框架、钢抱箍以及外支模;其中内侧框架为传统的竖直的定位立柱以及竖直墙体结构,定位立柱靠近竖直墙体设置;脚手架设置于外支模的周围,脚手架的一侧还贴近竖直墙体设置;外支模与脚手架直接连接;外支模还通过第一拉结杆与墙体连接;钢抱箍设置于外支模内侧,钢抱箍通过第二拉结杆与定位立柱连接;通过在钢抱箍外围设置外支模,并将外支模和钢抱箍分别通过第一拉结杆以及第二拉结杆与内侧框架连接,确保钢抱箍的横向负荷能力。
