The invention aims to design a pavilion with a convertible window structure, and during an epidemic situation, a nucleic acid sampling window is mounted to perform nucleic acid sampling work; during a non-epidemic situation period, the non-nucleic acid sampling cabin is replaced to be used as a booth, a newsstand, a security booth, a traffic booth, a reading booth and other non-nucleic acid sampling booths. Therefore, the nucleic acid sampling pavilion can be prevented from being changed into medical waste after an epidemic situation; when an epidemic situation suddenly occurs, an available nucleic acid sampling pavilion is difficult to find in time. Meanwhile, proper rooms can be selected in hospitals, communities, schools, companies, institutions and the like, proper preparation (an ultraviolet lamp, a fresh air system and the like) is made, and the rooms can be used as entrance guards, receiving and dispatching rooms, small selling shops and the like at ordinary times; during an epidemic situation, the upper nucleic acid sampling window is changed to be used as a nucleic acid sampling room.
