Prefabricated assembly type photovoltaic and thermal integrated pavement slab
The invention discloses a prefabricated assembly type photovoltaic and thermal integrated pavement slab. The prefabricated assembly type photovoltaic and thermal integrated pavement slab is sequentially composed of a tempered glass light-transmitting protection plate, a photovoltaic module, a snakelike copper pipe and an ABS plastic bottom plate from top to bottom. Wherein the toughened glass light-transmitting protection plate is subjected to surface anti-skid treatment and is arranged on the ABS plastic bottom plate to form a closed cavity; the photovoltaic module is arranged above the snakelike copper pipe and is packaged in the closed cavity; and the prefabricated units are spliced by adopting a tongue-and-groove joint design. The pavement construction method comprises the following steps: S1, prefabricating the components; s2, the snakelike copper pipe is fixed; s3, installing a photovoltaic module; s4, packaging the tempered glass light-transmitting protection plate on the ABS plastic base; and S5, assembling to form an integral pavement structure. The photovoltaic module has high strength and high energy efficiency, can relieve damage caused by too high temperature of the photovoltaic cell, and is simple to assemble and convenient to lay.
本发明公开了一种预制装配式光伏热一体化的路面板，自上而下依次由钢化玻璃透光保护板、光伏组件、蛇形铜管以及ABS塑料底板组成。其中，钢化玻璃透光保护板进行表面抗滑处理，并设于ABS塑料底板之上形成封闭空腔；光伏组件设于蛇形铜管上方并封装于密闭空腔；预制单元之间采用企口式接缝设计拼装。该路面施工方法包括：S1：预制构件；S2：固定蛇形铜管；S3：安装光伏组件；S4：将钢化玻璃透光保护板封装于ABS塑料底座上；S5：装配形成整体路面结构。本发明兼具高强度与高能效，且能够缓解因光伏电池温度过高导致的损坏，其装配简单，铺设便捷。
