Offshore platform steel sleeve reinforcement cage and hydraulic jack combined positioning construction method
The invention relates to the technical field of offshore platforms, and discloses an offshore platform steel sleeve reinforcement cage and hydraulic jack combined positioning construction method, which comprises the following construction steps that (1) the lower end of a steel casing is embedded into the seabed, and the upper end of the steel casing penetrates through a lower-layer platform and an upper-layer platform; (2) the steel casing is provided with a platform section, and a plurality of orifices are formed in the platform section; (3) a plurality of jacks are arranged on the lower-layer platform, a crane lifts a steel sleeve, and a reinforcement cage is arranged in the steel sleeve; a top shaft of the jack penetrates through the hole and abuts against the periphery of the steel sleeve; (4) the center position of the steel sleeve is measured, and the multiple jacks are controlled to conduct back-jacking adjustment till the center position of the steel sleeve coincides with the center position of the pile hole; the reinforcement cage and the steel sleeve form an integral rigid structure so as to be convenient to transfer and hoist and ensure that the whole mounting process is in a safe and stable state; and the multiple jacks jack back the steel sleeve, and the center deviation of the steel sleeve is adjusted and fixed.
