Reverse construction method for steel shell open caisson matching structure
The invention relates to a steel shell open caisson matching structure reverse construction method, which adopts a steel shell open caisson as a soil retaining structure to realize reverse construction of an underground structure in a well body, sinking of the steel shell open caisson adopts a pressure sinking method process, an anchoring support is arranged on the ground, an uplift pile is arranged at the lower part of the anchoring support, and a counter-force beam is arranged at the top of the steel shell open caisson. A counter-force beam and an anchoring support are connected through a center hole jack so as to provide sinking force, soil is not taken in a well body in the sinking process, so that soil bodies on the inner side and the outer side are balanced, layered soil taking and structure reverse construction are carried out in the well body after the steel shell open caisson sinks to the designed elevation, a section of lining structure is constructed every time a layer of soil is excavated, and the steel shell open caisson is constructed. When the top-down structure is excavated to the bottom of the steel shell open caisson, plain concrete needs to be poured in time for rapid bottom sealing, and then a structural bottom plate is constructed. The construction method can be used for construction of underground buildings and structures which are large in excavation depth and limited in site condition, the construction period is shortened, and the problem that a cast-in-place concrete open caisson needs to be maintained on site can be solved.
本发明涉及一种钢壳沉井配合结构逆作施工方法,采用钢壳沉井作为挡土结构,实现井身内部进行逆作地下结构,钢壳沉井的下沉采用压沉法工艺,地面上设置锚拉支座,锚拉支座下部设置抗拔桩,钢壳沉井顶部设置反力梁,用穿心千斤顶连接反力梁和锚拉支座从而提供下沉力,下沉过程中井身内部不进行取土,从而使内外侧土体平衡,钢壳沉井下沉至设计标高后对井身内部进行分层取土及结构逆作施工,每挖一层土,施工一节内衬结构,开挖逆作结构至钢壳沉井底部时需要及时浇筑素混凝土进行快速封底,随后施工结构底板。本发明的施工方法,能用于开挖深度较大,场地条件受限制的地下建、构筑物施工,节省工期,能避免现浇混凝土沉井需现场养护的问题。
