The transverse single underground diaphragm wall, the ribbed beams, the vertical pre-stressed anchor cables and the vertical pre-stressed anchor heads are matched with one another to replace anchor cables in an anchoring type retaining structure, so that the anchor cables are prevented from colliding with a building and underground pipelines, and the situation that the anchor cables exceed the boundary and occupy the underground space outside a building red line is avoided; the transverse single underground diaphragm wall, the ribbed beams, the vertical pre-stressed anchor cables and the vertical pre-stressed anchor heads are matched with one another to replace an inner support in a supporting type retaining structure, so that the support is prevented from occupying the structural construction space, and the cost for erecting and dismantling the support and the cost for obstructing the construction of a main body structure in a space-time manner and the corresponding construction period are saved; the longitudinal underground diaphragm wall and the transverse single-width underground diaphragm wall are rigidly connected layer by layer through rib beams along with downward excavation, and a space supporting and retaining structure is formed.
