Preparation method of mullite whisker-based ceramic fiber membrane
The invention discloses a preparation method of a mullite whisker-based ceramic fiber membrane, which comprises the following steps: by taking mullite fiber as a main body material, synchronously adding a sintering aid, activated carbon, aluminum-silicon sol and aluminum fluoride to prepare active powder, and obtaining a whisker membrane blank by virtue of a dry pressing forming method; and then carrying out heat treatment to obtain the asymmetric mullite whisker-based ceramic membrane. The mullite is the most stable aluminum-silicon compound and has a series of advantages of high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength and the like, and the ceramic fiber membrane prepared from the mullite can meet the application of gas-solid separation in a severe environment. Meanwhile, the membrane layer formed by the staggered whiskers not only reduces the internal infiltration phenomenon, but also increases the contact area with dust-containing airflow in subsequent application, and improves the interception performance of the ceramic fiber membrane on nano-scale dust particles.
本发明公开了一种莫来石晶须基陶瓷纤维膜的制备方法,以莫来石纤维为主体材料,同步添加烧结助剂以及活性炭、铝硅溶胶和氟化铝来制备活性粉体,借助干压成型法得到晶须膜生胚,继而通过热处理得到了非对称的莫来石晶须基陶瓷膜。莫来石为最稳定的铝硅系化合物,具有耐高温,耐化学腐蚀且机械强度高等一系列优势,以此制备的陶瓷纤维膜能够满足苛刻环境下气固分离的应用。同时由交错晶须形成的膜层,不仅减轻了内渗现象,还增加了在后续应用中与含尘气流的接触面积,提升陶瓷纤维膜对纳米级粉尘颗粒的截留性能。
