The invention provides a hard alloy matrix ceramic composite material and a preparation method thereof, the hard alloy matrix ceramic composite material comprises a ceramic layer and a hard alloy matrix, the hard alloy matrix is WC hard alloy with Co as a binding agent, and the ceramic layer comprises B4C powder; or one or a mixture of more of carbides of nine transition metals; or one or more of nine transition metal carbides, and one of the transition metal carbides is a non-stoichiometric compound; or one or more of the nine transition metal carbides, and one or more of the metal powders of the nine transition metals are added therein. According to the method, spark plasma sintering (SPS) is utilized, the ceramic layer is attached to the hard alloy matrix, PDC can be replaced under the condition that the requirement for the machining technology is not high, then the production cost is reduced, the economical efficiency of products is improved, and the good using effect can be achieved in actual engineering application.
本发明提供一种硬质合金基体陶瓷复合材料及其制备方法,包括陶瓷层和硬质合金基体,所述硬质合金基体为Co做结合剂的WC硬质合金,所述陶瓷层包括B4C粉;或九种过渡族金属的碳化物中的一种或多种混合;或九种过渡族金属碳化物中一种或多种混合,且其中一种为非化学计量比的化合物;或九种过渡族金属碳化物一种或多种混合,且其中加入九种过渡族金属的金属粉的一种或多种。本发明中利用放电等离子烧结(SPS),在硬质合金基体上附上一层陶瓷层,对于加工技术要求不高的情况可以代替PDC,进而降低生产成本,提高产品的经济性,在实际工程应用中会有较好的使用效果。
