Road construction hole filling process
The invention discloses a hole filling process for highway construction. The hole filling process comprises the following steps: S1, preparation work; the hole filling device is moved to the hole, the axis is in the center of the hole, filling materials are added into the containing cylinder, and the rotating shaft and the rotating rod rotate; s2, blanking is conducted; a threaded rod rotates, a threaded cylinder moves downwards, a locking rod pulls and breaks away from an L-shaped rod, a balancing weight moves downwards to extrude a wedge block, two baffles are away from each other, and a filling material falls into a hole; s3, the filled materials are flattened; the L-shaped rod descends, the fan-shaped parts on the balancing weight are meshed with the horizontal gear, the first shifting rod and the second shifting rod alternately push the L-shaped rod in two directions and swing in a reciprocating mode, the two fan-shaped gears drive the horizontal gear to rotate, and the pressing roller rotates in a reciprocating mode; s4, the materials on the compression roller are scraped off; the two baffles are far away from each other so that the two baffles can get close to the pressing roller, the adhered materials are scraped off, the pressing roller and the cam rotate, the asphalt is scraped off through the electric heating scraping block, and the asphalt is heated through heat and drips into holes.
