The invention provides a high-pressure mixer grouting device which comprises a moving seat, a plurality of sets of moving wheels used for transferring and moving are arranged at the bottom of the moving seat, and according to the high-pressure mixer grouting device, after a grouting material is evenly mixed in a high-pressure mixing cavity, a preset cavity in the bottom of a high-pressure mixing pipeline is installed in a penetrating mode; according to the device, mixed grouting can be stably fed into a preset cavity through a high-pressure mixing cavity and opening of a spherical valve at the bottom of the high-pressure mixing cavity, stable anti-condensation preset protection can be carried out on the mixed grouting through transmission of a transmission shaft in the preset cavity and temperature assistance of a heating plate in the inner wall, and meanwhile through inserting connection of a grounding plate and an inserting connection rod at the turning position of the output end of a grouting hose, anti-condensation preset protection can be carried out on the mixed grouting. The grouting end of the grouting hose can be stably limited at the grouting hole position, the grouting end of the grouting hose is composed of the multiple sets of grounding pipelines and the grouting connector, and stable adaptive adjustment can be conducted on the grouting depth of the grouting connector through splicing combination of the multiple sets of grounding pipelines.
