The invention relates to the technical field of foundation pit engineering, and discloses a permeable stratum foundation pit dynamic dewatering system which comprises a waterproof curtain, a horizontal sealing layer, a constant-pressure tube well, a reservoir, a drainage device and a pressure regulating device. The foundation pit and the permeable stratum are separated by the waterproof curtain and the horizontal sealing layer, the constant-pressure tube well penetrates through the horizontal sealing layer from top to bottom in the foundation pit, a water inlet is formed in the lower end of the constant-pressure tube well, and a water outlet end is arranged on the side portion, protruding out of the foundation pit, of the constant-pressure tube well. When the pressure regulating device comprises a pressure regulator and a pressure regulating hose, the upper end of the constant-pressure tube well is open, the pressure regulator is arranged on the constant-pressure tube well, the pressure regulating hose is communicated with the water outlet end and the reservoir, and the middle of the pressure regulating hose is limited in the pressure regulator; when the pressure regulating device comprises a pressure gauge, a pressure regulating valve and a water supply pipe, the upper end of the constant-pressure tube well is closed, the pressure gauge is arranged on the constant-pressure tube well, the pressure regulating valve is installed at the water outlet end, and the water supply pipe is communicated with the water outlet end and the reservoir. The dynamic dewatering system for the foundation pit of the water-permeable stratum is small in displacement, water can be pumped as required and passively pumped, and the reservoir does not need to be frequently drained.
