The invention provides a solar roof heat collecting system and a using method thereof. The solar roof heat collecting system comprises a roof structure. Circulating water circulates in the solar heat collection circulating pipeline, and the circulating water is heated by solar energy; the water temperature adjusting system is arranged on the solar heat collection circulating pipeline and is used for monitoring the water temperature and the water level of circulating water; the water replenishing pipeline is communicated with the solar heat collection circulating pipeline so as to replenish water to the solar heat collection circulating pipeline; the water supply pipeline is communicated with the solar heat collection circulation pipeline so as to supply the heated mixed water to a user, and the water temperature adjusting system controls the water supply pipeline to be opened and closed. According to the solar roof heat collection system and the using method thereof, the structure is simple, stability and reliability are achieved, and operability is high; solar heating and clean energy are realized; the roofs can be spliced in a turnover manner; an automatic constant-temperature water control system; the solar room is warm in winter and cool in summer, and electric energy is saved.
