Cable-stayed concrete spreader based on long-distance conveying
The invention discloses a steel cable inclined-pulling type concrete spreader based on long-distance conveying. The steel cable inclined-pulling type concrete spreader comprises a crawler chassis, and a hydraulic unit is installed at the top of the crawler chassis. By installing the supporting frame, a worker can start the motor under the support of the baffle according to the needs of actual conditions, so that the motor drives the roller to rotate through the roller, the roller is wound with a steel cable, the steel cable can be tightly wound on the outer side of the roller under the support of the steel cable support and the supporting roller, and the steel cable can tension the cloth arm frame through the connecting cylinder and the connecting frame; the steel cable can support the material distributing arm frame, the working pressure of the hydraulic rod is reduced, the material distributing arm frame cannot droop after extending to a certain length, the stress state is changed into a simply supported beam from an original cantilever beam, and the bending stress of the material distributing arm frame of the material distributing machine is reduced to about half of the original bending stress. The strength and the rigidity of the material distributing arm support are remarkably improved, and therefore the material distributing conveying length of the material distributing machine breaks through hundreds of meters.
